• Within the same city (Lahore): Delivery takes 24 to 48 hours.
• Other cities and provinces: Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details (if available) will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
